PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:*

Assam Black Tea - This tea originates from the Indian state of Assam. It contains many types of antioxidants like, catechins, theaflavins and thearubigins that may provide various health benefits. May promote a healthy heart and support a healthy immune system.
Ceylon Black Tea - This tea originates from Sri Lanka, formerly known as Ceylon. The tea leaves are dried and processed from the same Camellia Sinensis tea plant. It is an excellent source of antioxidants, including, myricetin, quercetin, and kaempferol. Contains several trace minerals, including, magnesium, manganese, cobalt and chromium. May assist in weight loss by breaking down fat cells and preventing the absorption and hence accumulation of fat. It's health promoting properties are due to a compound called, epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG).
Rose Petals - Rich in polyphenol anti-oxidants, may alleviate menstrual pain, improve digestion.
White Silver Needle Tea - Rich in antioxidants. May help in metabolizing fat and in regulating blood glucose.

DIRECTIONS and USAGE:

1. SHAKE the tea packet to evenly distribute the tea contents.
2. ADD one full teaspoon of tea contents inside a tea infuser (recommended).
3. INSERT the tea infuser inside a tea mug containing 250 ml or more of water heated
    up to 80°C.
4. STEEP between 3 - 7 minutes, or more, according to your taste.
5. DRINK your hot TEA.
6. DAILY DRINK 2 - 4 cups, or more, as required.
