Hence there may be a certain delay in the current status from being reflected, regarding the shipped package.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and order tracking number/s once your order has been shipped. Orders may not be processed, shipped and delivered during weekends and holidays.

Tea Blends and Tea Mugs are shipped in separate packages. Tea Mugs are packed carefully inside a separate box to ensure safe shipment and to prevent breakage.
Depending on where you reside on planet Earth, local taxes, import taxes, or any other taxes may be applicable on any of your purchased products.
These will be charged at the checkout, wherever applicable, based on your physical location from where you have initiated the purchase and the physical location to where you would be shipping the items to.
In addition, certain custom and/or import regulations in different countries may require the collection of import duties, taxes and other regional taxes as well at the transit or border. These must be borne only by the purchaser/ buyer.
The purchaser/ buyer must directly check with their local authorities regarding these taxes and/ or amounts or charges and immediately follow up with them for their payment and subsequent release of any such products so that they can be shipped to their final destination.
