PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:*

Chamomile Flowers - May improve the quality of sleep and may assist in blood sugar control.
Lavender Flowers - May have a calming effect and boost sleep.
Lemon Balm Leaf - May ease insomnia, sleep disorders, relieve stress, reduce anxiety and boost cognitive function.
Passionflower - Improves sleep quality, boosts GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) levels in the brain that promotes relaxation.
Scullcap Leaf - May act as a nerve tonic and reduce symptoms of anxiety.

DIRECTIONS and USAGE:

1. SHAKE the tea packet to evenly distribute the tea contents.
2. ADD one full teaspoon of tea contents inside a tea infuser (recommended).
3. INSERT the tea infuser inside a tea mug containing 250 ml or more of water heated
    up to 80°C.
4. STEEP between 3 - 7 minutes, or more, according to your taste.
5. DRINK your hot TEA.
6. DAILY DRINK 2 - 4 cups, or more, as required.
