PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:*

Matcha green tea is a powerhouse of antioxidants, particularly in catechins that are up to 137 times greater than different types of green tea.

It has an ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) rating of 1573 units per gram, which is way higher than Gojiberries rated at 253 and blueberries rated at 93. It may also help to protect the liver, eliminate toxins and improve liver health. A particular compound in Matcha called L-theanine, helps to promote alertness, increase brain alpha activity, thereby inducing a calming effect and decrease stress levels. This helps to enhance mood and improve memory as well.

It is also high in a type of catechin callled epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), that has shown to have powerful anti-cancer properties. It Is rich in fiber, chlorophyll, vitamins and maybe effective in detoxification, including heavy metals and chemical toxins as well. Boosts metabolism, burns calories and may also assist in weight loss.

DIRECTIONS and USAGE:

1. SHAKE the tea packet to evenly distribute the tea contents.
2. ADD one full teaspoon of tea contents inside a tea infuser (recommended).
3. INSERT the tea infuser inside a tea mug containing 250 ml or more of water heated
    up to 80°C.
4. STEEP between 3 - 7 minutes, or more, according to your taste.
5. DRINK your hot TEA.
6. DAILY DRINK 2 - 4 cups, or more, as required.
