PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:*

Organic Lemon Balm Leaf - May ease insomnia, sleep disorders, relieve stress, reduce anxiety and boost cognitive function.
Brahmi (Bacopa) Leaf - Generally considered as an adaptogenic herb and may help to reduce anxiety and stress.
Ginger Root - Gingerol is the primary bio-active compound in ginger that may be responsible for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. May treat pregnancy related nausea and vomiting. May treat indigestion (dyspepsia) as well.
Liquorice Root - Mild laxative, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties.
Peppermint Leaf - May have a calming and a relaxing effect.

DIRECTIONS and USAGE:

1. SHAKE the tea packet to evenly distribute the tea contents.
2. ADD one full teaspoon of tea contents inside a tea infuser (recommended).
3. INSERT the tea infuser inside a tea mug containing 250 ml or more of water heated
    up to 80°C.
4. STEEP between 3 - 7 minutes, or more, according to your taste.
5. DRINK your hot TEA.
6. DAILY DRINK 2 - 4 cups, or more, as required.
