PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:*

Cacao Nibs - Anti-oxidants rich, nutrient dense (magnesium and manganese) and is a high fiber food.
Cinnamon Bark - May improve heart health, rich in polyphenol antioxidants, supports weight loss, lower inflammation, reduce blood sugar.
Dandelion Root - Detoxify the liver, digestive aid, diuretic, diabetes management, anti-oxidant rich.
Liquorice Root - Mild laxative, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties.
Fenugreek Seeds - Diabetes management and digestive issues.
Flaxseed - Used in Ayurvedic medicine for more than 1000 years and is a good source of lignans that may have antioxidant properties. They are an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids and a good source of insoluble fibre. It may also help in improving blood sugar.
Rooibos (Organic) - Rich in Anti-oxidants, caffeine-free, supports weight loss, heart health, diabetes management, boosts bone health.
Rose Petals - Rich in polyphenol anti-oxidants, may alleviate menstrual pain, improve digestion.

DIRECTIONS and USAGE:

1. SHAKE the tea packet to evenly distribute the tea contents.
2. ADD one full teaspoon of tea contents inside a tea infuser (recommended).
3. INSERT the tea infuser inside a tea mug containing 250 ml or more of water heated
    up to 80°C.
4. STEEP between 3 - 7 minutes, or more, according to your taste.
5. DRINK your hot TEA.
6. DAILY DRINK 2 - 4 cups, or more, as required.
